Managing complaints
As of 9.30am on Monday 27 April, the Office will re-open our public access phone numbers, 3005 7000 and 1800 068 908. This is a limited hours service operating between 9.30am-11.30am and 2.00pm-4.00pm on business days to receive complaints.
We are reviewing all our service arrangements during the pandemic event. We are working to restore the full range services as it becomes possible to do so.
You can make a complaint by:
- using the online form
- calling on 07 3005 7000 or 1800 068 908 (outside Brisbane) between 9.30am- 11.30am and 2.00pm-4.00pm on business days
- writing to Queensland Ombudsman, GPO Box 3314, Brisbane, QLD 4001.
