You can make a complaint via the online complaint form at any time and it will be assessed when we return to the office. Calls to (07) 3005 7000 are answered between 9.30am – 4.00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, excluding the dates listed above.

For immediate Police assistance call 000.

If you have reason to suspect a child in Queensland is experiencing harm, or is at risk of experiencing harm, please also contact a Child Safety Services’ Regional Intake Service. 

For any additional support or assistance, we encourage you to contact the following support services:

• Lifeline provides access to 24-hour crisis support services and may be able to refer you to local support services. Their contact number is 13 11 14.
• The Homeless Helpline can provide support to locate emergency accommodation and crisis housing. Their contact number is 1800 474 753.
