COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns will not mean that public sector officers miss out on high quality training delivered by the Office of the Queensland Ombudsman. 

We are continuing to provide our full range of training programs using a variety of online tools.
 
This means we can guarantee public officers anywhere in Queensland the opportunity to participate in training to help improve fairness in public administration.
 
Over the past 12 months, the Office has been re-developing its training programs with a greater focus on online delivery. Feedback from participants has been very positive.
 
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Queensland. We will carefully consider public health and workplace health and safety before resuming any face-to-face training services. 

Free training resources

The Office provides information and resources to help improve public administration, complaint management and management of Public Interest Disclosures. This includes guidance information, reports and case studies.
