Changed phone hours from 7 January

From Friday 7 January 2022,  we are temporarily changing phone hours for the Office.

Your call to 3005 7000, or 1800 068 908 (toll free outside Brisbane only) will be answered between 9.30-11.30am, and 2.00-4.00pm on business days.

The Office continues to accept online complaints made at any time via the website and written complaints.
