Good Decisions and Complaints Management training updated

Queensland Ombudsman training helps officers gain skills to comply with best-practice standards in the public sector.

We have updated our Good Decisions and Complaints Management training to include human rights considerations after the public complaints function of the Human Rights Act 2019 commenced on 1 January 2020.

The Human Rights Act respects, protects, and promotes the human rights of all people in Queensland, and places obligations on public agencies to be compatible with human rights when acting or making a decision.

Group sessions are a more cost-effective option for 10+ staff. Cost: $4,100 + GST (per group, maximum of 25 in group).* Book via email or phone (07) 3035 4120.
